Government

When you live in the north you need to prepare for winter in late summer early fall. This preparation means that you have to get enough food so that, in the lean winter months, there's food to eat or else you'll die. You need a good shelter to keep the bitter cold out or you'll die. You need to have clothing that will allow you to go outside in the cold or else you'll die.

Basically, if you go into the winter unprepared, you'll die.

Thinking about the future and being prepared is a skill that translates well to governance.

When you live in the tropics, every day is the same. The need to prepare is diminished. Fish will come in with the tide every day, you need light clothing year-round just so you're not naked, shelter is nothing more than to keep the afternoon rain off you.

The mindset is different, in the tropics you can live in the moment while living in the cold north you have to prepare for the bitter, unforgiving winter.

This differing of mindsets is reflected in governments.

It's clear that white-run governments operate better than non-white due to our ancestors need to prepare for winter.
